The Sunset Mission Ministry has many areas in which it is involved. You will see some of the areas that we support and work in directly.
God has blessed the Sunset congregation to enable us to exceed our Mission Goal. We give glory to God for His generous mission work through the Sunset Church. Please continue to pray and "Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field." Luke 10:2b.

Part of a two family team, the Kings have begun studying with people in Portuguese and are beginning to settle in. Sunset is proud to support this family that both grew up here.

Auckland, New Zealand
Sunset helped three families begin their new mission work in Auckland, New Zealand. Please pray for God to open the door for the New Zealand team as they share the good news in Auckland.
Kharkov, Ukraine
Sunset is also heavily involved in a team in Khakov, Ukraine, that is working to plant a church in that city.
An Open Door to the Muslim World
Some estimate that 32% of the worlds’ population is Christian, but that number is declining. And 19% of the world is Islamic - and that number is growing. It is estimated that by the year 2030 Islam will surpass Christianity! Over the past decades an open door, the right resources, and
the right people have been sought and prayed for to take the
gospel to the Islamic world.
